Local Community members bring us apples each year to infuse into our rum.  We grind and juice the apples then freeze the juice. Then during the winter we pull the juice out and put it in a big kettle to simmer and reduce in volume. This concentrates the flavor and sugars of the apple juice.  We blend this with our handcrafted rum until we hit 80 proof.

 

The Apple Rum rests for a while in used french oak wine barrels until needed.  we get a different variety and volume of apples each year.  This makes each batch very unique and different from the previous batch.  Seasonal and limited, real apple, hand crafted rum.

 

This is great in club soda, ginger ale, or neat and on ice.  We make a caramel apple martini and an apple pie on the rocks cocktail that is very popular in the Tiki Room!
