Pineapple, Vanilla, Coconut, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspice, Star anise, and molasses are infused into this rum. We use real fruit and spices infused individually, then blend the amounts carefully to achieve the desired flavor profile, add molasses, then place it in a barrel to rest for a year or so. This time in the barrel is important to allow the flavors to combine and the rum to smooth out. The barrel adds the subtle oak behind all of the fruit and spices.
this is a nice sipping rum. It also makes incredible cocktails. Try this rum in Ginger beer with a splash of lime. Also great in classic cocktails like the Zombie or Jungle Bird.
