Sundried Pineapple, caramel, naturally sweetened by the pineapple, this rum is subtle and opens up with an ice cube or a little club soda.  All natural pineapple is infused into our handcrafted rum.  No artificial  flavors, no added sugar. Pineapple and rum.

I like this one in an Old Fashioned cocktail.  Muddle some orange with a dash of bitters. Drop in a large ice cube, pour the Pineapple Rum, add a couple of good bourbon cherries and a splash of the syrup.

Great in a Mojito,  Mai Tai, or Pina Colada!
