Stillwagon Distillery Wicked Rum is our overproof silver Rum.  We ferment Cane blackstrap molasses and cane suger, distill, and adjust proof with pure clean water.  Nothing else is added to this rum.

155 proof is a very high abv.  It requires only half as much for a standard cocktail.  This rum is deceptively smooth with a sweet finish.  Half as much rum in a cocktail allows your other ingredients to stand in front. So this is great for those fresh fruit forward cocktails.

We use this high abv spirit to create our infused rums.  We use fresh fruit whenever possible and this allows concentrated infusions while maintaining an ABV that prevents spoilage.  Use this to do your own infusions: fruits, spices, herbs, etc.  Great for use as your tincture base.

Overproof rums are a staple in many tiki cocktails and of course in a flambe like a Bananas Foster.
