Stillwagon Distillery Spiced Rum

We infuse real fruit and spices in our rum: Pineapple, Coconut, Vanilla, Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, and Star anise, are infused in our rum seperately, then carefully blended, placed in a barrel and allowed to rest for about a year.

 

This is a robust infusion of real flavors in our handcrafted rum.  The infusion process is lengthy. Vanilla takes a year to extract. the rest of the spices take months.  The blending is done over weeks to make sure the balance is correct.

 

This rum is bottled at 80 proof.  It will never go bad, but the flavor can change depending on how it is stored.  It should be kept tightly sealed, in a cool place away from sunlight.

 

Enjoy this rum neat, or in your favorite mixer.  This rum makes an excellent Cuba Libre! Ice, Spiced Rum, cola, and lime.
