            Fill with ice

            1 oz. Falernum

            ½ oz. Grand Monarch

            ½ oz. Lime juice

            ½ oz. 7 up

            Top glass with Sweet/Sour

            Shake

            Rim glass with salt

            Float Gold Rum on top

            Garnish with lime

 

Wicked Mary

          (Tall cocktail glass)

          Fill with ice

          1 oz. Wicked Rum

          Fill glass with spicy Mary mix

          Shake

          Celery salt or Cajun seasoning rim

 

Dark and Stormy

          (Tall cocktail glass)

          Fill with ice

          1 ¼ Black Rum

          Top with ginger beer

          Squeeze of lime (Optional)

 

Johnny Ringo

          (Bucket or tumbler)

          Fill glass with ice

          1 ¼ oz. Cranberry Rum

          Top with Red Bull

            1oz Spiced Rum

            1oz Amaretto

            .5oz coffee liqueur

           1.5oz Dark Rum

           Pineapple Juice

           Splash of real Grenadine

Rum Collins

           In a shaker:

           2 oz white or gold rum

           juice of 1/2 lime

          1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

          Shake with ice

          Pour over ice top with club soda

          serve with a lemon slice and cherry

 

Devil's Own Mai Tai

         In a shaker with ice:

         2oz pineapple juice

         3/4oz falernum

         3/4oz coconut rum

         Shake

         Pour over ice then float 3/4oz Hibiscus rum

         splash of real grenadine

         cherry and orange slice garnish

 

Devil's Mojito

        In a shaker:

        Muddle several mint leaves with a teaspoon sugar

        Add Ice

        1oz Feijoa Rum

        1oz Gold Rum

         Juice of 1/2 lime

        Shake well

        Pour over ice top with club soda

Try a Mojito with Hibiscus rum or Falernum as well!

 Devil’s Banana Split?

            (Hurricane glass)

            Fill with ice

            1 oz. White Rum

            ¾ oz. Coco real

            Banana liqueur?

            1 Slice lime squeezed in and placed in shaker

            Shake

            Pour all contents into glass

            Top with 7 up

            Float Mocha Rum

            Whipped cream and maraschino cherry top

 

Devil’s Colada (Charleston)

            (Hurricane glass)

            Fill glass with ice

            1 oz. Pineapple Rum

            ½ oz. Coco real

            Slice of lime squeezed in and placed in shaker

            Shake

            Pour all contents into glass

            Top with 7 up

            Float Black Rum on top

 

The Devil Drop

            (Chilled martini glass)

            Fill glass with ice

          1 ½ oz. Falernum

            ½ oz. Simple syrup

            ½ oz. Lemonchello

            ½ Small lemon squeezed inand placed in shaker

            Shake

            Strain into chilled glass with sugar rim

            Garnish with lemon or lime (Optional)

 

Devil’s Spiced Punch

            1.5oz Spiced rum

            .5oz triple sec

            Dash of Lime juice

            Top off with pineapple juice

          1 packet of hot spiced apple cider in 8oz hot water

            1oz Cranberry Rum

            Splash of Grand Monarch

 

Ginger Fig

          1.5oz Walnut Fig Rum

          Ginger Beer

          Over ice

          Serve with lime

 

Hurricane

         In a shaker with ice:

         2oz gold rum

         2oz silver rum

         2oz passion fruit juice

         1oz orange juice

         juice of 1/2 lime

         Shake and pour over ice

        Add a dash of real grenadine

 

Hibiscus Ice Tea

        Tall glass with ice

        2oz Hibiscus Rum

        splash of sweetened lime juice

        splash of grenadine

        fill with ice tea

        garnish with sprig of mint

 

Pina Colada

        In a shaker with ice:

        1oz cream of coconut

        1oz coconut rum

        1oz pineapple rum

        2oz pineapple juice

        shake well

        Pour over ice add a cherry

Pineapple Old Fashioned

            (Bucket or tumbler)

            1or 2 large ice cubes

            1 ½ oz. Pineapple Rum

            ½ oz. Simple syrup

            Dash of bitters (barrel aged)

            1 segment of orange, muddled

            1-2 old fashioned cherries

 

The Devil’s Mojito

            (Pint Glass)

            4 Mint leaves

            2 Lime slices

            Muddle in glass

            2 oz. Falernum

            ½ oz. Simple syrup

            Shake (Optional)

            Top glass with club soda

            Garnish with lemon or lime slice and a mint leaf

 

Sailors Delight

            (Pint Glass)

            Fill glass with ice

            1 ¼ oz. Cranberry Rum

            1oz Cranberry Rum

            .5oz simple syrup

            Fill rest of the way with lemonade

            1oz Black spiced rum

            Fill rest of the way with cold apple cider or juice.

            1tbsp hot butter rum mix in 8oz glass hot water

            1.5oz Black rum

 

Devil’s Gold Chocolate

            1 packet of hot chocolate mix in 8oz of hot water

            1oz Gold rum

 

Devil’s Black Chocolate

            1 packet of hot chocolate mix in 8oz of hot water

            1oz Black rum

 

Cranberry Spritz

             1.5oz Cranberry Rum

             2oz Cranberry Juice

             .5oz grenadine

             Ice and club soda

 

Hemingway Daiquiri

            In a shaker with ice:

            2oz White or Gold Rum (I prefer the gold)

            3/4oz pink grapefruit juice

            1.5oz fresh lime juice

            1/4oz real grenadine

             Shake pour in a chilled glass, serve with a

             grapefruit peel twist

 

Devil's Paradise (Super Secret recipe!)

           In a shaker with ice:

           1.5oz mango juice

           1.5 oz guava juice

           1.5oz Feijoa Rum (secret ingredient)

           Shake well

           Pour over ice

           Ginger ale

           Dash of Grenadine

           Fruit garnish

 

Mocha Colada

           In a shaker with ice:

           1oz Mocha rum

           1oz coconut rum

           1oz cream of coconut

           1oz coconut milk

           Shake well pour over ice add chocolate shavings
