"Rum" is the base spirit for all of our rum spirits.  Sugarcane and / or all of its derivatives are the only requirement for making rum.  We are relatively unique in some ways because we actually make our own rum from fermentation to distillation, and blending.

Our silver, or clear,  rum is the base for all of our rums.  Made from cane molasses and cane sugar.  We ferment, distill twice, adjust proof with water we have treated and filtered for purity at our distillery, then bottle and label ourselves.

Because water is a major component in our product, we make sure it is as pure, and good tasting as possible.

You will find our Rum to be smooth, clean, slightly sweet, and a light fruit note.  No other ingredients in this other than Rum and pure water.

This Rum makes an excellent Mojito and Daiquiri, some will sip this neat on the rocks.
