Stillwagon Distillery Black Garlic Vodka

Black Garlic is produced via the Maillard reaction which is essentially a process requiring controlled heat and moisture over 9 days to turn regular garlic into a savory sweet umami experience.  We conduct the garlic process at the distillery, then peel the garlic by hand and infuse it into our vodka.  Labor and time  intensive but worth the effort.

 

Nothing else is added to this vodka.  This vodka makes an excellent Bloody Mary. Pair this with our Habanero Rum for a savory and spicy Bloody Maria!

 

We use this Garlic vodka in cooking as well. Pasta sauces, gravy, meat marinades, you will find that a splash in any dish brings the savoriness of black garlic to your cuisine. Bottled at 80 proof.
