Real shaved Coconut is our secret ingredient.  Rum and cane sugar is all that is needed to bring out the flavor of the coconut.  The trick is extracting the flavor from the coconut.  It took me a few years to figure it out.

Real coconut flavor is subtle compared to other sources of coconut flavor.  Cane suger counters the bitterness, and a full 80 proof rum preserves that flavor.  Great in Pina Colada, add a splash to a Mojito!
