Falernum is one of the secret ingredients in many Tiki cocktails.  Falernum isn't as much of a secret as is the recipe of ingredients.  Lime, almond, and clove are pretty consistent constituents. From there the list can stray.  Ours uses those as well as vanilla, coconut, pineapple, and allspice.

Our Falernum is incredibly versatile.  Use in your favorite tiki cocktails as well as a splash in a lemon drop or swith it out for your standard rum in a Mojito.  Our Falernum is nice over ice with some club or tonic.

Bright, citrusy, with a bit of spice and the tropics.  Our Falernum is a full 80 proof which sets it apart from the syrups and lower ABV products out there. Barrel aged for a year or more mellows the spirit and marries the flavors.
