Our Gin is made using our sugar cane based spirit (Persian Reed) then infused with Albanian juniper, Meyer lemon zest, and Yerba Buena mint, and distilled. This is the fourth distillation that is required to make our gin.
Juniper is the defining ingredient in making gin. I chose Albanian juniper because it compliments our hand crafted cane spirit. Meyer lemon zest makes it bright, and the Yerba Buena mint, almost imperceptible, gives it a clean finish.
An excellent Gin & Tonic candidate, Stillwagon Distillery Persian Reed Gin is also great in any gin based cocktail.
